Avoid Conflicts of Interest
Business decisions must be made objectively and in the best interest of the company and its customers. Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed promptly.
Give and Receive Responsibly
Gifts, meals, hospitality, and entertainment must be reasonable, lawful, transparent, and related to a legitimate business purpose. Cash, kickbacks, and benefits intended to influence decisions are strictly prohibited.
Protect Information
We safeguard confidential, personal, customer, partner, and company information. Data and technology must be used securely, responsibly, and only for authorized purposes.
Maintain Accurate Records
All transactions, expenses, invoices, reports, and business records must be complete, accurate, properly authorized, and supported by valid documentation.
Respect People
We provide a professional workplace where people are treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, and abusive conduct are not tolerated.
Work with Responsible Partners
We expect our suppliers, contractors, consultants, and business partners to uphold ethical standards consistent with these tenets. Third parties must never be used to perform activities that we would not permit directly.
Speak Up
Employees and business partners are encouraged to report suspected misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, or violations of these tenets through the company’s designated reporting channel.
Reports made honestly and in good faith will be treated seriously and without retaliation.
